As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:

• Networking and prospecting, using the teams proven systems and models

As part of our business we offer free staging on homes when necessary. We are looking for someone who has a great eye for decorating and who pays close attention to detail. That being said, we only have one day to complete a staging installation, so we need someone who works fast and competently as well. If this sounds like you, then keep reading.....

Will need someone that can pull inventory from scratch to stage an entire home; choosing furniture, packing boxes of accessories, choosing art and bedding, helping with loading the moving truck. Unloading and unpacking at the property. Once everything is unloaded, the next steps are: placing the furniture, making beds, accessorizing, cleaning furniture, steaming bedding, vacuuming, and fine tuning everything.

We have guys who can handle the heavy lifting, but everyone shares in the above responsibilities. The person we are looking for needs to have a strong aptitude for decorating and be able to place the accessories, towels, bedding, and make sure everything looks perfect at the end of the day.

This is a part time contract job that would be perfect for someone looking to fill a couple of hours per week (depending on how many homes we have to stage).
