In pursuit of her dreams, Erika embarked on a journey that led her to the city of Las Cruces, New Mexico, where she has called home for the past two decades. She has worked for several Real Estate Teams as an admin/marketing in the past. She has also worked at one of the local title companies & served as the membership director at the Las Cruces Association of Realtors. You could say because of her experience she understands all aspects of the real estate transaction. She is currently the Executive Assistant for the Agave Real Estate Group and also runs 5 vacation rentals for Agave Rentals.

Charmaine has a BS degree in Computer Science. She has worked in the real estate industry with Agave Real Estate Group for nearly six years and worked with business processes and outsourcing for more than a decade.
