  • As the Owner of the Agave Real Estate Group, She has built her team to run like a well oiled machine with the right systems, processes and people. The Agave Group is equipped to handle Residential, large Investment portfolios, Farm and Ranch, Builders and everything in between. Her admin staff is highly trained and helps ensure each transaction runs as smoothly as possible. She strives to be the “Ritz Carlton” of real estate teams and is always working to create a great customer experience.

    BIO:

    Cynthia specializes in listing homes and working with sellers. Selling a home is a different animal than taking a buyer out and showing them homes already on the market. There is a lot that goes into it and Cynthia goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her sellers! She owns Agave Designs & Staging Co. and stages her listings before they hit the market to ensure her clients get top dollar! She received a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering at NMSU in 2010 and utilizes her problem solving skills on a daily basis. Selling real estate brings many obstacles and Cynthia prides herself in keeping her deals together to take the deal from contract to close. She is also very resourceful and creative and says that everything is “figuroutable”. She is from Las Cruces and refers to it as a little boutique town w/ gorgeous mountains, desert landscape and farmland. Her parents and son live here in Las Cruces along with her furbaby, Sancho.

  • Austin is the Chief Operating Officer for Agave Real Estate Group. He helps keep the team running smoothly and is always bringing innovative ideas to ensure that the team is keeping up with the latest trends and is providing the utmost service to our clients.

    BIO: Austin Tharp started selling real estate when he was still in high school and had two closings the day he walked across the stage to receive his high school diploma! He also has experience running his own successful real estate team. He currently owns a construction company that builds high end luxury homes, along with commercial construction. Austin is also very good at pairing buyers with the perfect home that meets their criteria. He is always up to date with all of the properties on the market and is highly knowledgeable with the market as a whole. He is great with sellers as well, has been involved with the staging process, and helps the team get homes ready to hit the market. Also licensed in Phoenix, AZ, last year he helped the Agave Group sell a $6 million dollar home in DC Ranch, which is one of the the many upscale neighborhoods in Scottsdale, AZ. Austin has been know to pick up large portfolios from investors and help them sell/obtain multiple assets. He has been involved in large developments and helped the sellers get it ready to sell to builders, etc. Whatever your real estate needs are, Austin can help!

 
  • John Gately was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. He graduated from NMSU w/ a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. He lived in Tucson, AZ and worked for Ecosphere Associates, Inc., for several years doing the sales and purchasing. He made his way back to NM, and worked as the Controller for Erin Adams Design. In 2010, John began working in the renewable energy industry, and sold and designed solar eletric systems for over 7 years. During that time he met his wife Mandy. They then moved back to Las Cruces, NM (Mandy's hometown). Originally licensed in 2009, John joined the Agave Group in 2022 and takes great care of all of his clients! He prides himself in his approach to customer service and treats all of the teams' clients as if they are family.

  • Elena is a Las Cruces, NM native and when she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Elena enjoys spending time with family, playing chess and practicing her yoga routine. With her expertise and knowledge of the area, Elena is ready to help you find your ideal property. Her personable and informative approach will make the entire process pleasant and stress-free.   • Solid as can be, Micah Gray is someone you can trust and depend upon. A New Mexico native, He's a professional who has extensive knowledge on the many cities and terrains you'll encounter when shopping in New Mexico. In his free time, Micah takes advantage of the many outdoor activities New Mexico has to offer. Off-roading, Snowboarding, Camping, and Hunting are just a few of his favorite things to do. Micah is also a huge car enthusiast so any car nuts with a passion for automobiles will most certainly enjoy the car ride conversations on the way to the next showing. When you work with Micah, you work with someone who believes time is of the essence and is never one to wait if there's a task at hand. A real estate veteran by today's standards. Micah has over 5 years of experience and has been apart of multi-million dollar real estate teams earning the Keller Williams Realty Platinum award three years in a row.

  • An old soul. Rhyan enjoys classic films, vintage menswear, and spending time with his family. Cause a man who doesn't spend time with his family can never be a real man. Creative and intuitive, Rhyan burst onto the real estate scene in 2017 and made a name for him self selling luxury homes and commercial properties in southern New Mexico. Rhyan has worked with a wide variety of clients. Ranging from first time buyers to multi-million dollar investors and even movie studios to help locate properties for Hollywood sized productions. Working with Rhyan, you have a broker who listens carefully and adapts quickly to better suite your needs. He understands that integrity is key when it comes to having a successful real estate experience. You can always rely on Rhyan to give you his honest opinion, even if that means it's a missed sale for him. A true optimist, Rhyan is the type of person who has the upmost belief in himself and those around him. And who believes the best way to tackle challenges is with open and honest communication. Rhyan is a community leader and is the current chairman of the Las Cruces Young Professionals. Leading the way for young professionals looking to step up and get more involved with their community associations and projects.

  • Erika is a resilient and optimistic individual who traces her roots to the town of Douglas, Arizona. Born and raised amidst the hard working town in the southwestern United States, she cultivated a strong sense of family values and a deep connection to her community from an early age. In pursuit of her dreams, Erika embarked on a journey that led her to the city of Las Cruces, New Mexico, where she has called home for the past two decades. She has worked for several Real Estate Teams as an admin/marketing in the past. She has also worked at one of the local title companies & served as the membership director at the Las Cruces Association of Realtors. You could say because of her experience she understands all aspects of the real estate transaction. She is currently the Executive Assistant for the Agave Real Estate Group and also runs 5 vacation rentals for Agave Rentals.

    Erika's vibrant personality, marked by optimism and an outgoing nature, has played a pivotal role in her success. She understands the importance of building strong relationships, not just with clients but also within the real estate community. Her family-oriented values shine through in every transaction, creating an atmosphere of trust and reliability. Outside the world of real estate, Erika leads an active and fulfilling life. She has a penchant for the outdoors and enjoys spending her leisure time on the golf course, where she finds solace and excitement in each swing. But Erika's enthusiasm for physical activity doesn't stop there; she has also proven herself as an avid marathon runner, a testament to her determination and endurance.

  • Charmaine has a BS degree in Computer Science. She has worked in the real estate industry with Agave Real Estate Group for nearly six years and worked with business processes and outsourcing for more than a decade. She is detail-oriented, dedicated, and works tirelessly on and off the clock to make sure each transaction runs seamlessly!
