Agave Real Estate Group ("we," "us") is a real estate group in Las Cruces and Mesilla, New Mexico, powered by Real Broker. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including when you sign up for our text messages.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and property details when you contact us, fill out a form, attend an event, or text us a keyword. We also collect basic website information like your browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, provide real estate services, send event invitations and updates you asked for, and improve our website.
Text messaging
If you opt in by texting a keyword to our number, we use your mobile number to send text messages about real estate events and broker tours. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone except service providers that help us send the messages, and they may use it only for that purpose. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who work for us, with our brokerage (Real Broker, LLC) as needed for real estate transactions, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, and from emails using the unsubscribe link. To ask us to update or delete your information, contact us below.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post the new date here.
